Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). See here for the full warranty information.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping and Delivery 

Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground transport. We usually ship within 2-5 days business days of payment received. This does not apply to large quantity (50+) orders. Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after product is scheduled for shipment. Expedited delivery service may be available for an additional cost, and should be coordinated through our customer service department.

If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the different packages and may arrive at separate times.

We do not offer free shipping to any location outside of the contiguous USA (lower 48 states). We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside of the lower 48 states including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, etc.

We only ship to confirmed/validated address. The shipping address must either be confirmed in Paypal or it must be the billing address for the credit card you are using. No P.O. boxes, please. Orders with a military address may be either cancelled or a customer support representative will reach out to confirm that the package will be delivered successfully.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

NOTE: We do have the capability to ship freight via pallets/skids if preferred, however an estimate would have to be taken with a logistics company prior to shipping and may be appended to the invoice for payment.
