30 Day Money Back Guarantee

60 Day Limited Warranty

All hardware products include a limited 60 day warranty from date of purchase. We guarantee that the product(s) purchased will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. SPCParts.com ("SPCParts") will repair or replace product as needed during the warranty period. Software products are not covered by our limited warranty.

Limited Warranty Statement

Any product, as supplied and distributed by SPCParts, is warranted by SPCParts against defects in material or workmanship for the limited warranty period. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, SPCParts will, at its option, (i) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product or (iii) provide a refund or credit of Customer's purchase price of the defective or non-conforming product if SPCParts determines that repair or replacement is not feasible. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, "refurbished" means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications.

Term: For a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the original date of purchase of the product, SPCParts will, at its option, repair or replace with new or refurbished product or parts, any product or parts determined to be defective. This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the Product. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to SPCParts.

Return Instructions: To obtain warranty service or to request return or exchange for your item you will need RMA number. To obtain RMA number for items purchased from SPCParts, contact us with your order number requesting a return with the reason for the return included.

Repair/Replacement Warranty: This Limited Warranty shall apply to any repair, replacement part or replacement product for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period or for sixty (60) days, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use; Warranty will be void due to acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology, or modification of or to any part of the SPCParts product. This Limited Warranty is invalid if there is sufficient evidence of tampering, misuse, or fraud with the product, to be determined by SPCParts using methods in use to identify parts as processed by SPCParts. This Warranty and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: SPCPARTS.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR
CONDITION ON THIS PRODUCT.

DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY
APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY
